My aunt and uncle celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last year and it was also turned out to be like a family reunion as well. I did this layout on the first day of the retreat and was inspired by a layout in CK by Carrie Owens. I've used CherryArte papers and chipboard brackets, hearts and numbers. TFL Julie I did this page while on retreat and had a lot of trouble with the SNOW letters and trying to emboss until finally Ruthy suggested that I just stitch the letters, so I did. The photos are from our trip to Queenstown in 04 and the page is an almost copy from CK mag (I think it was in Jan 07 but can't find it since coming home from retreat so I'm not sure who did it either, sorry!) This is me at 5 1/2 months of age playing in my pram- another layout for my baby book. I've cut out the flowers from some Kaiser paper and doodled all the black lines. My journalling is amongst the doodles. TFL Further around the tin

Further around the tin showing part of wording - Artist Trading Cards done with Gin-X express ons Side view showing CBX paper, Li'l Davis chipboard letters and Maisy Mo's Artsy Doodles This is the tin I made to put my trading cards in for the retreat, showing the top with some flowers to cover the clear lid. This is a layout I did a while ago using this sketch. Just some photos of Dean playing hockey in 2001, it was his first year after playing soccer for a few years. It was a permanent change and he still plays at 17yo. TFL Julie

This is another page for my baby album done in 9x9 format. It's my little brother Brett when he was a couple of months old way back in 1962. I've used strips of BG paper and ribbon to cover my 'cardstock', plus letters and flowers. TFL Julie This is a layout for my baby book, photo taken in the summer of 1966. I'm in the back row, second from the right and Brett (Ruthy's hubby) is in front of me. It's in 9x9 format. TFL Julie Just a few of my fave things atm! (laptop, perfume, aqua & pink clothes, new camera and my new pink bedroom decor)I took most of these photos last night, printed them this morning and here it is done. I've used five coloured pens - black, grey, gold, brown and pink. TFL This is the page I did when Ruth was at my place doing her online class. I had tried to buy the pack but couldn't so I substituted it with the only paper I had that seemed to suit her class. I like it just the same but will probably still try and get the right paper and do it again sometime. I wasn't sure if I could put it on the 'online class' thread so it's here instead. TFL Julie
